Rick Chillemi (Drums/Percussion/Recorder/Vocals):

A founding member of THE HESS TONES.  Rick Chillemi is an unsung Cleveland Rock N' Roll legend.  From his first outing over 45 years ago in his first band called: "The Devil's Disciples"; to his outing with the legendary "CLEVELEND" band, all the way up to his current band THE HESS TONES; Rick Chillemi has been the heartbeat of any band he's been in.  Rick has played in various musical settings and styles over his 40 year musical career, including: Polka, Blues, Jazz, Country, R&B, and Rock to name just a few.  He's toured the United States twice, Canada and the Virgin Islands once.  Rick has played with: "The Jon Washington Band", "The RoadHouse Band", "His Company", "Shorfuze", "The Logos", "LoudMouth", "Thrill Ride", "DD & The Knockers", KB & The Riptides", and countless others.  Rick played a weeklong marathon gig for 100 hours in May 1986 to help secure the location of The Rock N' Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland Ohio, & get the CLEVELEND band into the Guinness Book of World Records for the longest gig played in 1987. The CLEVELEND Band was inducted into the Rock N' Roll Hall of Fame in 2008.  Rick also enjoys raising fish; playing fantasy football, chess, poker, golf, and family outings in his spare time.
